Rivers Casino Philadelphia Introduces Paid Dealer Training Program

Rivers Casino Philadelphia has launched a paid dealer training program to recruit new floor staff. The initiative covers dealer school tuition and compensates participants at $15 per hour for a four-week classroom course.

Eligibility and Compensation Structure

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-screening interview with the human resources department. The program does not require prior casino experience, as management prioritizes motivation and dedication. Applicants currently employed by Rivers Casino Philadelphia or any Rush Street Gaming property are ineligible.

Successful trainees gain access to a full benefits package, including healthcare, immediate 401(k) vesting, tuition reimbursement, free parking, and flexible scheduling. Performance incentives are structured around game proficiency. Dealers averaging at least 30 hours per week can earn up to $10,000 for mastering two core games or up to $5,000 for one.

An annual retention bonus of $1,000 and additional internal training opportunities are also available.

The recruitment drive coincides with an ongoing class action lawsuit regarding alleged data breaches at the venue.
